Complaints and appeals

The Editorial Board of Physical Rehabilitation and Recreational Health Technologies welcomes feedback and takes allegations of misconduct, publication errors, or disagreements with editorial decisions seriously.
 
Submission Procedure
Complaints must be submitted in writing to the official editorial email. The appeal should include:
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Supporting evidence (links to articles, documents, data).
  • The complainant’s contact information.
Scope of Complaints
We handle appeals regarding:
  • Research misconduct (plagiarism, falsification, conflict of interest).
  • Editorial or reviewer misconduct (bias, delays).
  • Appealing a rejection decision.
Investigation Process
  • The editorial office will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days.
  • Independent editorial board members or external experts may be involved in the investigation following COPE guidelines.
  • If the complaint is valid, appropriate measures will be taken, such as publishing a Correction or a Retraction.
